2002 Reviews
If you're a fan of great film then 2002 was
the year for you. It was a great year for movies no matter what you like.
There were the record-breaking early summer films that had box-office
ticket sales going places we never thought possible. There was the
late-summer resurgence when quality storytelling returned to its rightful
place in the summer Cineplex's. Then...there was the fall. Perhaps one of
the greatest fall movie seasons in history, 2002 offered up more moving,
thoughtful, brilliant films than any other year since perhaps the Last
Golden Age of Film back in the 1970s. Cap it all off with one of the most
entertaining and startling Christmas movie seasons of the past 10 years
and you've got yourself a year to remember. Check out the Best of feature
